Real Voices – Real Choices Virtual Connect

Thank you for taking part in the RVRC Virtual Connect this year! We had a wonderful and successful event with hundreds of individuals in attendance to watch our incredible presentations.
We would like to thank our presenters and all in attendance for their participation as we aim to unite, inform, and empower individuals on mental health.

Director’s Creativity Showcase Traveling Show
|
We are about to wrap up the DCS Traveling Show 2022 and prepare for new submissions!
We have one more location for the Traveling Show. It will be in Kansas City, MO at Healing Canvas Outpatient Behavioral Health (Truman Medical Center).
It will be up at Swope Health Medical Center until October 31, 2022. The DCS Traveling Show ends on November 3rd. Shortly after, we will be accepting new submissions for the 2023 Director’s Creativity Showcase. More information will be posted soon.

RESPECT Institute of Missouri We are excited to share a few updates on the RESPECT Institute.

Under the Foundation, we are currently rebranding and updating the RESPECT Institute of Missouri for the coming year. This also includes adding a webpage to the Missouri Mental Health Foundation’s website information regarding the program.

Additionally, we have a new Statewide RESPECT Coordinator as Katie Andrews has transitioned to her role as the Executive Director. Tynesha Hardin, the Community Engagement Coordinator, has assumed the role of the Statewide RESPECT Coordinator.
We are so excited to bring you fresh and updated content and information so that we may best train those with lived experience to tell their story around the state of Missouri.
