Following our episode about K-5 literacy, we jump to the High School and learn what English class and literature look like for today's students and how standards are developed.

Please remember there's no school for students on Monday. Teachers and staff will report for a professional development day. 

This updated calendar reflects the new early release times for the elementary schools. It replaces the calendar built before parents responded to a survey about when school should start and end for elementary students. 

Middle School families, boys basketball tryouts will be on Thursday, October 10th at the high school field house. Tryout Time for 7th graders is 3:30 p.m. and for 8th graders at 4:30 p.m.
