February has been a busy and productive month! I've spent the majority of the time going through beta notes, deciding what changes still need to be made to the book, and working on revisions.
My process includes merging all the comments from different readers into one master copy, then going through chapter by chapter making a to-do list of things I need to change, consider, edit, etc. Once that's done, I go through my to-do lists, prioritizing the most important changes and crossing off items as I complete them.
I've already made a number of revisions and brainstormed potential solutions to various small problems in the narrative. The work can be a bit slow, but it is satisfying seeing the story improve one revision at a time!
