You might wonder why you received this email and how you ended up on this list.

You may have subscribed to my previous blog, fullstackhr.co, which I ran from 2019 to 2022. One of my most popular articles was a list of remote tools and resources in April 2020, when remote work started gaining popularity due to COVID-19. Now, I'm moving my writing operation to a new site and starting a new newsletter. Since I'll cover similar topics, I've added you to this newsletter. If you'd like, you can Unsubscribe from this list.

Allow me to (re)introduce myself: I'm Alexandru Gotoi (Alex), based in Bucharest, Romania, Europe. I've worked in HR Tech for over ten years in roles ranging from technical support to implementation project manager. Since 2019, I've pursued several side hustles alongside my full-time jobs, the most significant of which is HRJobsRemote.com, a job board for remote HR positions.  I'm also working on another new project called excelforhr.com and continuing to grow my job board. I've always been passionate about projects outside of work, so I want to start a new blog and newsletter, so here we are.

I will call this newsletter Curious Perspective. What can you expect from this newsletter? I spend a lot of time on sites like Hacker News and Reddit. I often slip into a reading rabbit hole, and some of the things I read on the way are really interesting for HR people like us. So, I want to share these things with you. Every week, I will put together a collection of links to most interesting articles that may spark your curiosity. I will (try my best to) send an email once per week. On a personal level, this will be an exercise to stay consistent and ship something every week. On a professional level, I am looking to expand my network in the Human Resources space.
